Rum Runners Bar & Grill has always operated in a manner that ensures both our customers and teams health and safety. Not only do we already have well-established cleaning protocols in place, but here's how we plan to increase the frequency and focus of our procedures under the "new normal":

  • ALL team members have completed the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism Compliance Training

  • We will operate at 60% capacity limits to provide space for social distancing with social distancing markers 

  • Respiratory hygiene will be enforced by prohibiting sick customers and team members from facility

  • A "no mask no service" policy will be in effect

  • All plastic inventory (drink cups, straws, shot cups, etc.) will remain wrapped until use 

  • Automated hand sanitizing stations will be set up at all entrances 

  • Automated soap dispensers, hand dryers, and hand towel rolls will be set up in bathrooms 

  • A team member hand washing station will be set up

  • Team members will ensure full disinfectant application of bar top before/after service

  • Team members will ensure additional spot cleaning of high touch surfaces (in front and behind bar) on a frequent schedule

  • Health & safety signage (as pictured below) will be placed around facility

  • A safety plan will be in effect for if customers or team member begins displaying symptoms of COVID-19 

With 25 years in the game, that's over two decades of family

seeing one another through thick and thin.
